An online application form with no accounts
The applicant fills in your foundation’s own form in the browser, adds attachments and signs the application with strong authentication. No registration, no passwords. The same form base is used for interim and final reports.
The application form is the part of your foundation that applicants see most. If the form demands an account or fails on an attachment, the foundation gets the support request. In AAPU the form is tailored to your call, it adapts to the applicant’s answers, and applicants can save a draft and continue later. When something goes wrong, the applicant contacts us.
For the applicant
No account
The applicant opens the form from a link and fills it in directly. Nothing is installed or registered.
The form adapts to the answers
Applicants see only the fields that apply to them. For example, a research group’s application asks different questions than an individual researcher’s.
Save and continue later
Applicants can save an unfinished application and return to it from a link once the attachments or details are ready.
Attachments and signature
Attachments are uploaded on the form, and the application is signed with strong authentication on submission.
Confirmation and reminders
AAPU confirms receipt immediately and reminds applicants about deadlines and missing reports by email and SMS.
For the foundation
Tailored to your call
The form is built from your call for applications during onboarding. The fields, attachment requirements and help texts are your own.
Calls open on their own
The application period is set in advance. The form opens and closes on the set dates without manual work.
Reports on the same base
Interim and final reports are submitted electronically, and AAPU checks that the reported figures match the amount granted.
Applicant support from us
Attachment uploads, missing confirmation emails and completing a submitted application are handled by Huiske customer service, not by your foundation’s officer.
What does the form cost?
Tailoring the form is included in the setup fee. The annual fee of 2,999 € includes 100 electronically signed forms, after which a form costs 2 €.
Questions about the application form
Does the form work in Swedish and English?
Yes. The form and the messages applicants receive can be made in Finnish, Swedish and English.
How are attachments handled?
Attachments are stored with the application in the AAPU archive. The committee opens them directly from the application, so nobody has to send them around by email.
What happens if an applicant does not receive the confirmation email?
The applicant contacts Huiske customer service, who check the application status and resend the confirmation. The foundation does not need to look into it.
Can an applicant complete an application after submitting it?
Additions follow the foundation’s practice. The applicant contacts our support, and we handle the addition according to the foundation’s instructions.
Want to see the form through an applicant’s eyes?
We’ll show you remotely how AAPU would work in your foundation’s process. No commitments.
