Frequently asked questions
How much does a grant management system cost?
AAPU’s pricing is public: setup 1,500 € (tailored application form, environment setup and initial training) and an annual fee of 2,999 €, which includes 100 electronically signed forms, maintenance, user support and all users. Beyond a hundred forms, additional forms cost 2 € each.
Do applicants need user accounts?
No. Applicants fill in the tailored application form directly in the browser without registering. This lowers the barrier to applying and reduces support requests.
Who helps applicants if they run into problems with the form?
Huiske customer service. Applicants get help directly from us with, for example, attachment uploads, a missing confirmation email or completing a submitted application. The foundation does not need to act as technical support.
How does the electronic signature work?
Signatures use strong authentication. Committee decisions, applicant forms, minutes and other foundation documents are signed electronically. Nothing is printed or mailed.
